Nat?l home sales tracking company,CoreLogic,reports that April sales prices were 1.1% higher that April 2011.This represents the 1st time we have had consecutive increases in over 2 years.If distressed properties are removed,the price increase is 2.2%.Florida showed the 2nd highest price increase of 5.5%.Of course,Florida has the 2nd highest peak-to-current price decrease of -46.5%.
